Shipping rates

We ship worldwide at a single flat rate, and shipping is free once your order reaches the free-shipping threshold.

  • Orders up to $198.99 — $19.90 flat-rate shipping.
  • Orders of $199.00 and above — free shipping.

Rates are set in US dollars. If you are shopping in another currency, the amounts shown at checkout are converted at the exchange rate in effect at that time, so the threshold in your local currency may vary slightly from day to day. The shipping cost that applies to your order is always the one displayed at checkout before payment.

Where we ship

We currently deliver to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is five to seven (5–7) days after your order has been shipped. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays in shipments once a parcel is with the carrier.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier name, your tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow a short time after dispatch for the carrier to register the first scan.

Delivery address and unclaimed shipments

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Once a package has shipped, any change must be requested directly with the shipping carrier.

If a shipment is refused at delivery or declined by the customer, a 20% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The same fee applies if a shipment is returned to us for other reasons, including unsuccessful delivery attempts, customer unavailability, failure to arrange delivery with the carrier, or an unclaimed shipment. These fees do not apply to verified warranty claims or to products confirmed to be defective on arrival.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss passes to you when we transfer the products to the carrier.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable international duties when their orders arrive. MDCN TECH is not liable for these charges, and we advise consulting your local government agency for information on the associated costs.

Duties customers have previously encountered:

  • United Kingdom: 2% duty + 20% VAT
  • Canada: 0% duty + 5% GST

Petspemf devices are subject to these international duties.

Returns

For information on returning a product, please see our Refund policy. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees and any other charges associated with a return shipment.
