Life Changing

My dog has suffered unnecessarily for years. He has had every type of anxiety pill thrown at him. We have had endless visits to many different veterinarians to find relief for his pain-related reactivity. We have tried the physical therapy, the “calm protocol,” training, etc. Despite not being a believer, I even consulted a pet psychic for advice on how to help him, which led to doing meditation sessions with him several times a day.

Last year, he bit a vet tech who grabbed him without warning. Since then, he has been painted as an evil, bad dog. The veterinarians would not see him without a muzzle despite the fact that we could not get a muzzle on him ourselves. He went about six months without a nail trim because of this. One veterinarian suggested putting him down this past January. I fought them hard and refused to give up on him.

I adopted my dog in March of 2023. He was a stray that had been hit by a car that left him with his knee coming out of its socket for months before the shelter veterinarian removed his leg. He spent six months total at three different shelters. One family adopted him just to return him two days later because he did not get along with their other dog.

I had just gone through a major trauma in my life, and I was looking for a kindred spirit. I read about my dog, Damon, on the local SPCA website and thought we could heal together. For years following, I thought this was a mistake because no matter what we tried, he was not healing. He was actually becoming more reactive as he got older. I felt like a failure. I felt like I was never meant to have a dog. I loved him, but I felt like he deserved better than me.

I do not believe in giving up on an animal after adopting them. For me, adoption is a serious life commitment. With all of the trials and tribulations, with all of my self-doubt, I refused to give him up. I kept trying. I also kept crying, but I kept trying. Damon is a stubborn, scared dog, but he is not a bad dog.

Last month, we finally found a veterinarian at a fear-free clinic who was willing to try out seeing him without a muzzle and while respecting his boundaries. The first appointment went so well I cried happy tears. He has been on their membership plan, which is surprisingly worth every penny, so he goes in for “happy” visits once a week when they do not need to see him for anything medical. They spoil him. He loves it. He does not want to leave. He comes home happy.

The veterinarian also suggested a PEMF pad for dogs. PEMF pads are not cheap, but they are worth all of the money in the world. We invested in one and run the pain and stress relief modes every day. Damon snuggles down into it, and it is pure bliss for him. He cannot get enough. I have never him happier.

In less than two weeks of use, Damon’s energy has increased and his sleep has improved drastically. He has also been so much calmer. He is no longer barking hysterically at our neighbors. He is not snapping when we try to put his collar on him. He does not freak out when we drop something. He is now not only a good dog but a very happy and calm dog.

I wish desperately that we would have found this veterinarian and about this device three years ago. I wish he was never marked as an “aggressive” dog because that one vet tech mishandled him. I wish he never had to swallow all of those pills that made things worse. I wish he did not suffer with intense anxiety and pain for years. I wish he did not feel the need to cower or snap at people when they disrespected his boundaries. I wish that I never had to completely melt down time after time because I could not figure out how to help him.

But I found the device now. I found the good veterinarian now. They exist in our lives now, and for the rest of his life these will be tools to let him finally be a happy dog. I just hate that it had to be found so late in his life, but I am grateful we finally found a solution. Now, we can all heal and feel safe.

Don’t give up on your pets. They need you. Even if you are breaking down, even if you feel like they deserve better than you, even if you are pulling out your hair in frustration. Fight for them. Don’t give up.

Thank you so much for sharing your story with us. ❤️ We're so happy to hear that Damon is doing well and that the Petspemf Pad has become a positive part of his daily routine. Thank you for never giving up on him, and we wish you both many happy and healthy years together! 🐾

Difficult to Resolve Issues

Their website isn't allowing me to put anything less than 5 stars and recommends, but this is not that type of review. I received a Loop that isn't working. Customer service is wanting me to video call them to prove it's not working, and are offering options like 3 and 4am local time. They were extremely responsive until I asked for assistance in scheduling. Email response times were within minutes, but I've now been left on read for hours. The product was defective out of the box and a piece was falling off. I've heard great things about the product and maybe one day I'll get to update this review.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Our intention is always to resolve any potential product issues as quickly and fairly as possible. In some cases, a short video call is requested so we can immediately verify the issue and, if needed, arrange a replacement without delay.
As an EU-based company, our support team operates within standard business hours, and the available time slots you were offered reflected time zone differences. We also want to clarify that we continue to respond to all customer emails within our usual 1–24 hour timeframe during working hours.
In any case, we are happy to help you directly via email as well. Please feel free to contact us at foryou@omnipemf.com with a short description of the issue, and if possible, include photos or a short video so we can better understand the situation and assist you as quickly as possible.
We truly appreciate your patience and would like the opportunity to resolve this for you.

This helped my dog so much with his arthritis

My lab Flynn was was 11 or 12 when he started having issues with arthritis and I went to the vet first, and he got prescritions for pain meds. Eventually the meds weren't enough so I researched alternative therapy and found the PetsPEMF pad. This was when there was only the original pad, not the loop or the ortho pad, and Flynn was a big lab, it wasn't big enough for his whole body, but I bought it anywqy. It's really helped him and he slept on it every night, choosing which body part needed the pad. This is a wonderful product adn the newer options will help more pets, I'm sure. HIghly recommend this!

Thank you so much for sharing Flynn’s story with us. We’re truly glad to hear that the Petspemf Pad was able to bring him comfort, especially during such a difficult stage with his arthritis. It means a lot to us that he chose to rest on it each night in the way that felt best for him.❤️

Ok product

As a canine bodywork practitioner, the Pet loop pro recovery is an ok product. But it lacks battery life. I'm getting maybe 1 hour of actual run time. I work on multiple dogs a day and by the time I get to my third client, there is no battery left. Also needs the ability to be a bit more flexible. Many of my patients are larger breed dogs which the device cannot fit around their necks. With that said. I have seen some mobility improvements in my patients. I would recommend this product. But not if you're in the business of canine rehabilitation.

Thank you for your detailed feedback—we really appreciate you sharing your professional experience.
We’re glad to hear you’ve observed mobility improvements in your patients, but we’re sorry to hear about the limitations you’re experiencing with battery life and fit for larger breeds.
In most cases, the device should provide longer runtime when fully charged. As a general rule, we recommend starting to charge the device when the red light begins flashing and continuing until the continuous orange light turns off to ensure a full charge cycle.
If you are already following this and still only getting around one hour of runtime, that is not expected behavior. In that case, please contact our support team at foryou@petspemf.com, and we’ll be happy to look into this further and assist you. 😊
Thank you again for your professional insight—it’s very valuable to us.

Delighted w Results so far

My 2 year old poodle has arthritis and is stressed because of the pain. This is one of the tools I use to keep her comfortable. Between the Petspemf, hydrotherapy, cold laser, supplements and raw, anti inflammatory food, I'm seeing improvement. I highly recommend this device. I've had no issue with the app. In fact, I use an old cell phone especially for my baby. That way, I can leave it with her and not worry about whether a cycle is running or not. Vl

Thank you so much for sharing your experience—we’re truly glad to hear your poodle is feeling more comfortable. 😊🐾
It’s wonderful that you’ve built such a comprehensive routine for her, combining different supportive approaches. We’re especially happy to hear that you’ve had a smooth experience with the app and found a setup that works well for your situation.
Thank you for your trust and recommendation—it means a lot, and we wish your little one continued improvement and comfort!

Unfortunately No Product and No Response From Company

I gave this company a second chance based on their advertising and the many positive reviews—but now I seriously question how genuine those reviews are.

I purchased their newer PetsPEMF bed/mat for my senior dog, who truly needed support. I had also heard recommendations within the holistic pet care community, so I felt confident investing again. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced.

I never received the product.

I was initially told there would be a delay due to high order volume, which I accepted in good faith. I waited approximately three months (from early February into mid-March 2026), but the bed was never delivered.

When I followed up, I did not receive any real customer support—only automated emails directing me to videos on how to use a product I never received, along with invitations to join their community.

I then scheduled a call for assistance, but they never sent the Zoom link and did not follow up. Multiple attempts to contact them since then have gone unanswered.

At this point, I am simply requesting a refund of $444.

It is incredibly disappointing to be ignored like this, especially after explaining that this purchase was for a senior dog in need. I tried to trust this company again, but instead, I feel taken advantage of.

I would strongly caution others before purchasing.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your frustration.
We have checked your order and can confirm that it was successfully delivered on March 25th according to the carrier tracking.
We truly hope you have received it and that your dog is now able to enjoy the benefits of the RollnRest bed. 🤎

A Total Game Changer!

My dog Min had a soft tissue injury at the end of November last year, and her integrative vet set us up with a tPEMF mat (from a different company) for 3 months. In addition to the acute injury, Min has grade 2 luxating patellas. She is 6 years old and I want to keep her mobile as long as possible.

Min seemed to enjoy the tPEMF therapy. Her mobility was decent. She still skipped occasionally, but overall was interested and bright.

The Petspemf Pad arrived a few days ago, and I didn't realize how much she needed this.

The past 2 mornings she's gone back to following me to the kitchen, to "help" me make breakfast for her and my other dog Fanny. She stopped doing that for a while, and I thought it was because it's been cold in Toronto recently. I thought she just wanted to stay warm.

But now I recognize that she must have felt sore. Staying in bed instead of moving was how she was telling me she wasn't feeling 100%.

She's back to being playful now - she even started playing tug with me again!

The other thing I've noticed is that my other dog Fanny was always hesitant with the tPEMF bed. She loves yours!

Thank you so much for your product.

Thank you so much for sharing Min’s story. 🐾🤎
We’re truly happy to hear she’s back to being playful, moving more comfortably, and even enjoying tug again — that’s wonderful to read!
It also means a lot to hear that both Min and Fanny are enjoying the Pad, and we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Doesn’t stay on

App control is terrible. The phone has to be open to the app the whole time or it turns off. I threw it away in frustration. I would have had to purchase an extra phone or iPad just to use this device, sucks!

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Once your program has started, your phone does not need to stay open or next to the Pad The program will continue running for the full duration you set.
The easiest way to check that the Pad is running is by looking at the green light on the control box, which should blink once per second. If the program is interrupted, you’ll notice a double vibration and the green light will flash once every 5 seconds. If the device turns off, you can easily wake it up again by tapping it.
If you have any other questions about using your Pad, we’re always happy to help — you can reach us at foryou@petspemf.com.

Healing my athlete

My border collie whippet mix came down with bicep tendinitis this year and the first thing I did for him while we waited for the vet was start PEMF treatments on him. We continue to use the mat for treatment in conjunction with other modalities. It definitely helps with soreness and relaxation. We are big fans of the PEMF mat and recommend that all people who play sports with their dogs have one for recovery.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Supporting comfort, relaxation, and overall well-being—especially for active dogs—is exactly what we aim for.
We truly appreciate your recommendation and wish your pup continued healing, strength, and many more happy, active days ahead.🤎

This is my second pad. Unfortunately my puppy chewed the wires beyond fixing on the first pad. I use it daily for my 10 year old German Shepherd dog. It gives his hips a much needed release. I have just started using in on my Beagle/Fox Terrier puppy. He has luxating patella's and I am hoping it will give him some relief.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear that your German Shepherd is getting relief for his hips.🤎 It’s wonderful that you’re also introducing the Pad to your Beagle/Fox Terrier puppy. We hope it provides comfort and support for his luxating patella as well!

Fantastic customer support team

Such a pleasure to work with the great customer support team. I ordered one of the PEMF pads for my elderly cat. It arrived very quickly and was easy to set up for her. She took to it right away and it seemed to help ease the pain of her arthritis. My cat has hyperthyroidism and after just one week of her happily using the pad I learned that although my veterinarian generally recommends PEMF treatment for animals there is an exception for hyperthyroid cats because it can raise the heart rate (very good for hyPOthyroidism but not for hyPERthyroidism).
When I contacted the customer service at PETSPEMF they were very understanding and even though it was right at the end of the 15 day refund limit they kindly upheld their money back guarantee and made the return process very easy for me. It’s so refreshing to deal with a small company that provides excellent customer service! I highly recommend them!

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re glad to hear the Pad was easy to set up and that your cat took to it quickly. We also appreciate you sharing your experience and emphasizing the importance of consulting a veterinarian for individual conditions.

We’re happy our support team could assist you and make the return process smooth. Your kind words and recommendation truly mean a lot to us!

Had high hopes

So our 11 yr old doodle tore her right CCL and we purchased this mat in the hopes that it would help keep her comfortable until we get to surgery and the will help accelerate healing. We’ve used the mat now for 4 or so days and after a 30 min session she always comes out limping and seeming worse than when she went on the mat. Not sure why this is. If I could return the mat without spending an exorbitant amount to return it to Slovenia I would.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re very sorry to hear about your dog’s discomfort.
PEMF therapy works by delivering gentle pulsed electromagnetic fields that support circulation, relaxation, and the body’s natural recovery processes. However, every pet responds differently. We generally recommend starting with lower intensities and shorter sessions, then gradually increasing as your dog becomes accustomed to the Pad. Many dogs naturally indicate how much time they want to spend on it, so allowing her to guide the session can be helpful.
If your dog appears more uncomfortable or shows increased limping after sessions, we recommend pausing use and discussing this with your veterinarian, who knows her condition and recovery needs best.
We truly appreciate you sharing your experience and hope your dog finds comfort and relief.

My Experience with The Large PetsPemf Mat

I purchased the large PetsPEMF pad from the UK store on March 19th of this year (Order #409), hoping it would help my dog at a time when he was recovering from cruciate surgery and experiencing arthritic pain. It's an expensive piece of equipment, and while it had some positive effects, my overall experience has been mixed due to significant technical and durability issues.

My Experience with Effectiveness

I used the mat as part of a multi-modal approach - alongside medications and other treatments - or my dog after cruciate surgery. I have to be honest: the mat did nothing to reduce my dog's pain. Interestingly, his was significantly helped by professional-grade PEMF treatments delivered by his physiotherapist. This leads me to believe that for pets with pre-existing arthritis or injuries with inflammation in deeper tissues or their joints, a consumer-grade mat might not be potent enough and a professional quality PEMF system is needed to see tangible results.

However, I did observe that the PetsPEMF mat appeared to reduce swelling. This effect was actually quite similar to my previous positive experience with the Assisi loop back in 2022. So, while it helped with one symptom, it wasn't the pain solution I had hoped for.

Value For Money and Durability

The mat does deliver better value for money than the Assisi loop. While the Assisi loop provides 150 15 minute treatments and its internal battery is not rechargeable or replaceable, the PetsPEMF mat is can be recharged with a USB cable and offers unlimited sessions. for the lifetime of the mat. For a pet owner looking only for superficial benefits like reduced inflammation/swelling at a surgical wound site, or an ongoing treatment for anxiety, this product may be a reasonable choice.

The major caveat to this is durability. The most frustrating issue occurred within just three months of my purchase: one of the internal coils stopped working. This is a major letdown for such a premium-priced product. Now my dog isn't getting the full body treatment that the mat is designed to provide, which seriously compromises its effectiveness.

Given the already poor results I was seeing and the hassle of arranging shipping/returns, I ultimately did not want to face the costs and logistics of returning the mat to be repaired or replaced. The added expense and effort just didn't seem worth it for a product that was already failing to meet my expectations.

The App is Terrible

The mobile app is, frankly, terrible. I like to use the Integrated Healing and Anxiety Programmes for my dog, but I am regularly unable to connect to the mat. As a result, I often can't select the specific program I want to use, making the entire user experience a huge frustration.

Final Thoughts

While I appreciate the potential of PEMF therapy and saw minor benefits regarding swelling, the pain reliving effect was non-existent in my dog's case. My experience with professional treatments suggests a difference in strength or quality between this mat, and professional ones. Given the mat's partial failure within months, the frustrating app, and my unwillingness to invest further time and money into a repair, I can't wholeheartedly recommend this product. It's a fantastic idea in theory, but the execution needs significant improvement.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback and for giving the Petspemf Pad a try. We truly appreciate hearing about your experience, both the positives and the challenges.

We’re glad to hear you observed benefits such as reduced swelling, but we understand your disappointment that the Pad didn’t meet your expectations regarding pain relief. As a consumer-grade PEMF device, the Pad provides gentle therapy suitable for general wellness and support, while professional-grade systems used by physiotherapists are designed for deeper or more targeted treatments.

We’re sorry to hear about the coil issue and the connectivity challenges with the app. Please know that you can always reach out to our support team here https://petspemf.com/support/—we’ll be happy to help with troubleshooting, or any guidance you need.

We appreciate your honesty and hope that, despite the challenges, you saw some value from the therapy. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience—it helps us make Petspemf better for all pet owners.

No more Thunderstorms fright

The PEMF Petloop is truly amazing! I'm so grateful for your brilliant idea to create a solution for our dogs during thunderstorms and fireworks. Our Sesame used to be a bundle of nerves whenever thunder rolled in. Thanks to the Petloop, she now sleeps peacefully through the night, and I can too!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that the PetLoop has helped Sesame feel calm and sleep peacefully during thunderstorms and fireworks — and that you can rest easy too! It’s stories like yours that make all the work we do so rewarding. 🧡

So far pleased

We just got the pad 10 days ago so we have only used it on 1 dog with back issues and arthritis in the rear. He has showed some improvement with the 2 treatments he has received. It is easy to use and our patient seemed to enjoy laying on it . It didn’t take any time for him to lay on it.

Thank you for sharing your experience! It’s wonderful that it was easy for him to settle in — here’s to many more comfortable and healing sessions!

Agility staple

My dobermans compete in top level agility every weekend, and pemf therapy is a regular part of our cool down routine. I have been using another brand for years, but they only last 6 months, then they are trash. I switched from the other brand's beds to petspemf beds a year or 2 ago and was so excited when the petspemf loop came out! I answer tons of questions about them and have been recommending the beds and now the loop to my friends every weekend. I will say I wish there was a better cover/attachment for the loop (even if it was a separate purchase). The one that comes with it is ok, but I made my own so it is more secure.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! 🐾🤎 We’re thrilled to hear that Petspemf Pads and the PetLoop PRO have become a regular part of your dogs’ agility routine and that you’ve been recommending them to friends. Your feedback about the PetLoop PRO cover is really helpful — we always appreciate suggestions for ways to make our products even better!

Love this mat!

Shortly after receiving the mat my little dog hurt her back leg. I used the healing and pain relief settings and she was back to normal in 2days. I also love the stress relief settings for when we have thunderstorms.
Thank you!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It’s wonderful to hear it’s making such a difference.
