The mat is great for my dog. However, the way you have to use it is very frustrating. The app doesn’t always connect or stay connected. I want a time clock to watch but it always disconnects and I have to start over. I hate having to check the green dot and always have to refer to notes to recall what they mean. Just give me a definitive on and off. And a countdown that doesn’t disconnect. Aside from all the fussing you have to go through to use it I think the product itself is really good. Great quality, light but not flimsy. Easy to lay on top of dog. Good coverage. Comfortable for them to lie on.
We have been using the pad for several months now. It helps my labrador retriever, who has hip dysplasia and a torn CCL. However, the pad is way too small for a large dog. Only half of her body fits on it. I would like to see a larger option for big dogs.
The initial set up was difficult even when following the instructions. But once the initial set up was completed. It has been easy. Personal pets like it as well as patients at my Rehab Center.
This is actually my 2nd petspemf loop. I do agility with my 2 dobermans almost every weekend, and my older girl has the petspemf mat that lives in her agility crate that is on between runs and wears the petspemf loop during her cooldown walk after every run. The last special was so good that I decided to buy a 2nd loop so that my other dog can use it at the same time. I recommend these to all of my agility friends (and many have purchased them now too!)

Easy to use, easy to connect and see how much time is remaining on a program. I got the large so both my dogs could use it at once, and I've seen the benefits for both dogs.
